Honestly COVID helped break me out of that two-day-delivery spell once they couldn't deliver things that fast for a while either. I may order from them for things I can't find elsewhere or if I need it asap, but otherwise I've been planning ahead and letting things get here when they get here.

And really, what a small sacrifice that is! We are all so used to being able to A—- everything and get it ASAP. If a lot of us can put up with just a little less convenience we really could make a difference with a very simple action.

Getting rid of the other place has made me more intentional when purchasing. I used to spend so much impulsively buying things that I wanted in the moment that would come quickly. Now it's like, do I really need this thing that won't even come for a week and my shopping high will be long gone?
