No, actually. Brian Thompson participated in a systemic violence that harmed millions of people for the benefit of his bank account. His family will continue to benefit from the people he stripped of medical coverage.

I am against retributive justice. Rehabilitation in the way. The people they murder on death row are already removed from society and the possibility of offending. Brian Thompson is a successful capitalist who followed the law. His offenses were rewarded. It is not nearly the same.
What you aren't understand is the difference lies in power and systems. It's why an individual murderer will never be more evil than say, the higher ups of Lockheed Martin. The far reaching impact of their roles in profiting off of suffering can never be paralleled by an individual murder.
We will not wake up one day and all understand healthcare is a right. People will continue to suffer and die because we do not provide it. I do not weep for those who use their power to benefit from and uphold that suffering.

I wonder if sending panties to Luigi counts as rewarding him for murder?
Frankly I think murder is a pretty big deal, I'm okay with people who are only one murder evil being in jail.
