Fill a small tub with Dawn dish soap and warm water. Let it soak for an hour, gently rub spots with stains to break up the dirt. Thoroughly rinse the soap off and hang to dry. I usually hang it from the snout on my shower head.
Pretty much the same response you’ve have already. The mildest soap and warm water you have. Depending on the stains I find wearing my hood in the shower works well too.
If it’s been printed or painted do a test patch first incase the paint is not water safe (but most are good)
