ultraman may be hard to get into but find one you like, then look up some of the anniversary series (Mebius, Orb, Geed, etc)
reiwa riders have been poppin off since Zero-One & Gavv has a really strong start

her fav riders of that era were Stronger & Black, she's expressed interest in ultras since seeing Shin Ultra together
I haven't seen any Showa era Rider shows yet, or any toku show in that era as a matter of fact, but I might soon once I finish Hibiki.
Redux was SUPER good
i recommend watching some showa ultras! Return of Ultraman (Jack), OG Ultraman, Ultraseven & Leo are really good ones to start
anniversary series like Mebius & Orb are also very good as well!
Been meaning to watch the og Ultraman and Ultra Q for a while, just never got into it. Also I've been having fun with strange Journey, only five hours in but I'm enjoying myself a bit. I'm playing the original and not redux but I might try it later.
i think they've split up their content into different channels, i usually watch Ultraman_TV on twitch as background noise as they go through the seasons at random

they're essentially space police, but they end up on Earth as the planet itself is a hotbed for rogue aliens/kaiju to either escape from the Ultras or to cause chaos
Mother 1/Earthbound Beginnings suffers from early JRPG syndrome (heavy encounter rates) but wonderfully delivers on its story beats + themes
