I keep writing and deleting something snarky but this is just the bigger problem across industries. There's no such thing as reasonable successes anymore, you either make infinity money forever or you're a miserable failure.

CASE IN POINT, BG3 DIDNT JUST MAGICALLY APPEAR, IT WAS BUILT ON WHAT THAT STUDIO HAD BEEN DOING FOR YEARS
BUT TO DISMANTLE THOSE TEAMS AND WORK SEEMS SO WASTEFUL.
MAYBE THIS DIDNT WORK BUT THE BONES ARE GOOD AND WE CAN ITERATE
ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH SO MUCH MONEY
