@jasonkarns It’s vague but I’d like to be able to query against a pile of markdown files. It’s sort of a side idea to wanting a tool on top of markdown todos in my #Obsidian/obsidian tasks vault.

@caleb for your thing, have you seen datasette? Simon Willison has a lot of tools for ingesting various structured data into SQLite

@caleb my thing is tangentially related to that. Multiple clients are all using notion now because most other search is bad.
But for lots of code docs, the source repo should be where the docs live (versioned, collocation)

@caleb git always. The idea is that notion is read only just for indexing/search/reading (particular audience)

Would need some way to anchor the root page in notion under which everything is read only and point it at a repo.

@caleb this came to me after smacking into the 5th repo whose readme was empty but for a link to notion :(
