I bet cookie butter or other flavored nut butters would be amazing; bummed I never thought of it when I could eat them.
You will get green streaks in your baked good. It’s not mold, it’s the chlorophyll in the seeds reacting with the baking soda. (Happens with other nut butters too, but most extreme in sunflower.)
