Entirely neutralized by the existence of the loon plate

Have the state parks plate myself. Doesn’t quite live up to the loon plate’s standards.

Of course, there are the high-quality, minimalist "whiteout" plates, reserved only for an elite group of drivers (those with DUI offenses).
