I wouldn't, because it's been shown that without shareholder pressure and running the company well, games don't need to be priced that much or have MTX. Look at indies, companies like Larian or Supergiant, etc.

They're selling great games for lower prices (BG3 won every award & was $60, and I happily paid that in EA bc I knew they'd release a great game). I want devs to get paid properly & games to sell for reasonable prices to make the company money without the corporate focus on ever-increasing profits.

I'm happy to buy full price when the price is worth it, they're not nickel and diming you, and the money isn't just lining a CEO's pocket. For everything else, I'm buying it at deep discount, if ever.
