I mostly played on anaglyph deck to get a bunch of random common negative jokers once it gets going. Needs to have a decent economy and a good head start though. Other than that, any deck you are comfortable with goes, as long as you can make room for a useless joker that needs a sticker.

Like just now I had a straight flush build, but I found one of the jokers I needed on Ante 8, so I sold a Shortcut that was carrying me, but it was late enough that I manage to still get straight flushes without it, and won.

i love the saturn scaling but ahhh 5 card hands make it so tricky to take advantage of gold cards and blue seals ykno

(though upcoming blue stake rework might alleviate this? we'll see)

hard to say without toppling balance; my friend came up with faster reroll scaling ($5»$7»$9) but I'm not balatro pilled deeply enough to know if that's the same value as a discard, if ya gnome what i mean 🦢
