Fansly is immensely more creator-friendly and seen as the better of the two but people still use OF wayyy more frequently ☹️

I haven’t been on Fansly for too long, but I got SO much more traffic on OF (I deleted my account a few months ago to take a break) and it has been hilariously disheartening 😅🥲

Fansly can be great because it does have the FYP doing some level of promo for us, which is a major difference from OF

Most people I know who are moving platforms make a LOTTT of announcements and offer specials to entice more for the switch bc consumers really don't like to learn new interfaces 😭

I’m sure part of it is that I just need to give it more time and I’m feeling impatient, but omg it feels so pointless to keep creating and posting when I have like…10 followers and only 4 subscribers over there 😭🥲

Omg I know exactly how you feel! I didn't start getting traction until I was regular + adding previews to everything!!!

Have you tried doing networking with other creators on that platform? I know it helped lot when I first started to have others in my niche share a couple of my posts ☺️

I only have a few moots/friends that I follow over there right now! I absolutely need to be better about going through and following everyone’s pages.

Here and (ugh) the other hellsite are the only socials I can really advertise openly, because people from my ‘real job’ have the others 🥲🙃
