I’ve borrowed 47 items this month, and some were renewed so value got counted twice.

I borrow a whole lot of books, movies, video games, tabletop games, a hotspot, etc. And my library keeps track of replacement value and keeps a tally of how much each patron saves by not purchasing all the items we borrow.

Yep, we utilize those too, but those savings aren’t included on our checkout receipts.

I didn’t spend any money. My library is free! (I’m also borrowing items for multiple household members on one library card.) My library keeps track of the replacement cost of all circulated items and includes that info as “money saved” on the receipt whenever we borrow items.
