Mass registration of undocumented immigrants. If they don't register, they can face fines and criminal penalties. If they do register, they're in essence facilitating their own detention, and in places like Guantánamo no less.

The Trump administration will require all unauthorized immigrants in the United States who are 14 and older to register with the federal government or face civil and criminal penalties, including up to $1,000 in fines and up to six months in prison.
