Oops, sorry, didn't notice the article was from yesterday. I thought the distance looked way off, but I haven't lived there since 2002 and I don't remember where everything is anymore...even though I lived there for the first 40 years of my life. Yeah I'm a Yat from the Nint' Wawd. 😊

It's horrific. The last time I was in the Quarter on New Years was 1979 when I was 16...hardly any bars really checked IDs back then. I just remember Bourbon being absolutely jam-packed wall-to wall with people.
