Does someone from the court check that this is being followed? Or is it up to the people suing to find out if it is being followed? And if they are not following it, is it back to court?
The problem is that it will take a significant technical knowledge (and access to DOGE's local databases which likely slurped up the data already) to be able to purge this. DOGE will ignore this knowing that it is effectively unenforceable and keep slurping up data.
