All that has to happen is that Marco Rubio or Pete Marocco enter the chat and either approves everything DOGE/Musk did and shut down proceeds. Reason being is that neither were named in the case, so neither are bound by Judge Chuang's injunction and both also have the authority that Musk is lacking.
