It’s the law of the land. It’s inherent. The universal injunction argument is a farce.
They showed US all how easily the highest court can be compromised by rewarding justices lavishly to win their complacency.
They reversed the rights of Women in America based purely on political and financial pressuring.
SCOTUS must reverse itself on presidential leniency.
They are hearing the merits of district judges ability to impose nationwide injunction.
This would effect the birthright injunction - but that's not the case being heard.
the merits of the birthright is scheduled for later oral argument...
They wrongly rage against all advances in our American society.
Had we never had to deal with the refusal by republicans of many worthy actions by Democratic administrations of the past our nation would be much better off by now.
Fire republicans.
Make them work.
Once they leave office pay attention to them and speak out against them.
They will become lobbyists.
That's a whole other issue that needs to be addressed.
