It takes longer to break the cycle… it may be strange but when you feel like a drink, maybe try a guided meditation instead and see how you feel after?

I don’t actually want to drink that’s the thing. I’m not craving it. I only used it to mask anxiety and hated doing so. I just wanted to feel magically better after a week. Feel like I feel worse!!
Obvs the stopping drinking. I’m back on tablets but that’s only been a week and a half so still some time for them to kick in. It’s hard to do a lot other than that as I still have a 4 year old to entertain and look after so mostly my energy goes on her
It’s like when you do a caffeine detox. The first 10 days are awful. The headaches are pants but by day 21 you feel on top of the world and so much better…
