There's that cliché 80% of AI/ML is spent on data.

But sometimes it feels like 99% of work is dealing with admin/infrastructure -> the remaining ~20 minutes in a week is for AI/ML. So removing the time for data... you get 4 minutes for the smart bit. Better get it right!
