This. This the kind of script they give volunteers for outreach/engagement. I do not know where he is asking for them, but he is probably not paying this people and they are also probably using their own phones.

I got one of these a few days ago. I just blocked it as spam, I figured it was a scammer like all of the random Harris spammers linking to scam websites.
