I just started the new CGI Gundam on Netflix and it's pretty solidly ok, but suffers from my favorite one year war era show quirk: absolutely no one acknowledging that like half of humanity was killed less than a year ago.

Just finished it, and they walk right up to the line but don't have the Gundam pilot just say "you guys murdered like five billion people, of course I hate you!" because we're doing Clean Wermacht for Zeon in this one. Sigh.
