Customer- "hey can I ask you a question?"

Me- "yeah. what's up?"

Cx- 🤨😡 "is that really how you address/greet people"

Me- "yeah?" 👁👄👁

Cx- then refused to ask her question bc she thought I was rude???

How else did she expect me to respond???
