3 max. If I go longer than 2 months without picking it back up I'd need to start over.
That's why it took me close to 5 years to finish Breath of the Wild. I stopped and restarted 3x
For single-player games, I'd say 2. One on my PS5, and one on Switch. Playing multiple games at once honestly makes the experience worse. Last month, I played Echoes of Wisdom, Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, Ghosts of Tsushima, Puyo Puyo Tetris, Sonic X Shadow Generations, and Mario Party Jamboree.
I would have finished Echoes of Wisdom in a week or 2 if that was my main focus, but it took me over a month because I kept starting new games.
Right now, I'm only playing Mario & Luigi Brothership and Ratchet & Clank. Plus my rotation of online games that don't take away much of my focus.
I usually stick to 1 story-based game and maybe 1-2 shooter/strategy/puzzle game at a time… not so much that I can’t follow multiple stories but I feel it detracts from the experience from each of them.
Depends on how complex the game is. So for example, a game like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Like a Dragon requires more from me so I could play that and maybe one other game. But if the games are easier to digest, like say a Mario Wonder or a retro game that’s not an rpg, I can focus on like 4 or 5.
I try to limit it around 5, gives me flexibility to go back and forth between games if I need some variety, but still low enough that I feel committed to finishing what I start
None. I've been extremely distracted with ARMS and Minecraft.
With Stardew Valley's new update, my road to Perfection has been set back, and I'm still not good at Dead Cells.
