I think Japanese account on other Switches is fine, but you can't use an English account on the JP Switch

It seems like everyone is misinterpreting the region locking term. They’re not allowing the JP Switch 2 to be sold outside of Japan because of the price difference with the weak yen is all

yes, this is just for the JP only console. You'll still be able to play games in JP & use the JP eShop on an international console just fine
