I also created a second set of calling-specific distinctive features so that you get a choice there, though I don't use that at my Open Table. And in answer to a few players wanting to run businesses, I made a set of Holdings rules but it turns out we haven't really used them.
For a large Open Table game, I use a Courage rule that gives people extra per-session pseudo-Hope in amount proportional to how far behind the most experienced hero present they are, so even a newbie has something to contribute and can be the one to roll sometimes.
