Ian phoned for more background info. Was told that these 2 were sponsored to work as apprentices in his new factory but he now realised 1 was surplus to needs & could be let go. If I just signed an apprentice transfer doc. there would be no problem as 18+ orphans, with legal work visas. ? to take 🤔🥰
