Very much on board with that.
You could spice it up with *efficacy* of those minutes in some Goalimpact-esque value added while on the pitch model, perhaps.

For sure, and obviously not every player is signed with a view to playing huge minutes but 90% of the time, mins played will be the biggest indicator of whether a transfer was ‘successful’ or not 👍🏻

For most players ROI would work. It's hindsight but it's accurate.

Well you should have an expectation of what you want from that transfer both (objectively & subjectively) and measure it against that!
