OMG I need to find these!! I had a beautiful black betta fish named Vaatu that passed very suddenly a few years back, I'd love to paint one like him :( He was STUNNING. In the right light he was blue/black. He was super food aggressive and loved to rest on his almond leaves.
He’s GORGEOUS! He looks like a black orchid crowntail, which I have too (Labradorite)! Check your local home goods or even marketplace, I bet if you’re in a home goods/thrift fb group you can ask if anyone has seen any! They make a CROWNTAIL MODEL
