Or therapy. Would you have access?
I like the concept of 15 minutes of absolute emotion, whether it is grief, or raging at the dying of the light - screaming into the void, or simply that life is not fair. Then getting on with other things.
But it seems to help, so I just went with it (the tips are helpful no matter who wrote them - and I'm transparent about it). But yeah, I get the irony π
