When I make pot roast I always use the crockpot on low for no less than like 12 hours. It's pretty simple, I just mix like a dry rub and put it on the beef. I always use coriander, cumin, paprika, smoked paprika, turmeric, garlic and onion powder, ground mustard, white pepper and salt.

It's my mother-in-law's birthday today and I'm cooking dinner. Pot roast and mashed potatoes (my most requested meal tbh) with green beans.
