I’m reading Frédéric Martel’s “In the Closet of the Vatican” which is a bit sloppy if I’m being honest, but does feature some incredible euphemisms/legal workarounds for referring to gay cardinals. My favourite so far is the cardinal whose love for Almodóvar is frequently referenced.
