That's the theory, unfortunately we have the FPTP electoral system (that only the UK and Putin-lickers Belarus uses in the whole of Europe). It allows the two big parties to switch power and do what they want with impunity knowing that they will be back even if they get voted out.

It included the last government too but they ran roughshod over the rules and regulations that are enshrined in law but I don't see any of them standing before a court?
