What I mean there, is that blackrock is a massive private equity firm. Whereas it might look like a nice headline for an estate here and there to be state-owned. The problem remains that more homes will be owned by private hands, this forces up asset values and prices. They need to wake up.

The ‘Armed Forces’ are in public ownership, whoever had responsibility presumably had a specification from the MOD to work to.
