That is only correct when allowing for COVID contracts. So essentially misleading.
We were bottom 3 in Europe for no.s of drs nurses GPs Beds ICU beds. Too few scanners and radiographers to work them. Totally understaffed and under invested.

No it didn’t. Not as a result of Brexit and compared to the health spending and outcomes in the rest of EU or G20, apart from the USA (G20) we are horribly underfunded, understaffed, underinvested and outcomes are in decline

If I remember correctly, not all trade barriers had been established at that time, with greater impact anticipated in 2023 and beyond.
