Ok. For me, her impartiality was essential during the investigation into Partygate. Apart from Johnson and his associates, most folk believe that she carried out that difficult task well. Being offered the Labour role, should not be considered evidence that she was biased. Johnson appointed her.

By accepting the Labour role so quickly this called into question her impartiality re the Partygate investigation. Her decision to accept the role was ill-judged in my opinion. Additionally her sons selection in a winnable Labour seat doesn't look good. It's a shame to finish her career like that
