Some good news for some but we cannot go on letting the rich avoid their taxes. The tax burden need to shift but with so many very rich politicians its unlikely to happen. We have to rely on the integrity of our elected represenatives to change things but they are extremely rare.

A lot of these are UK specific but some are not. I appreciate it is extra effort and often irritating to some but could such excellent articles as this always include explicit information on which countries within the UK are affected by each reform please.

Thanks for gunning this m8, I must be fair about my own critiques (And i have many), I've not been fair enough towards Labour. There like proper ARE things they are aiming to do which are good changes.

Any mention of the local government reorganisation ?
Councils had three weeks to decide whether to cancel elections in 2025 or pursue devolution and reorganisation .
Includes Holiday period ….short time , huge change .

Particularly well hidden seems to be the record on illegal migrant returns, the return of non U.K. born criminals and the agreements made for breaking the people smugglers business model. We know this a key recruiting issue for the likes of Reform so why isn’t the govt doing more to tell the story?

Yeah I don’t know. But things like the 4 biggest return flights in the UK’s history, 20% up on criminal returns and 25 % on illegal returns versus same period last year (when Tories were obsessing over Rwanda and nothing else) - wouldn’t it be worth a drip feed to start to build a narrative?

This is a key recruiting tool for Reform. Labour doing Reform's bidding is not the big positive message you think it is.
In fact, Labour doing Reform's bidding and effectively implementing Reform strategy tells people Reform are right when it comes to immigration!!
