An absolute outrage, Peter. I first heard about this decades ago, which shows how long these good folk have waited for justice. Now, evidence that the software error was known before the Horizon scandal broke. Fujitsu has to accept responsibility, as well as Post Office.

Lying managers across the country, unfairly dismissing long term staff and the company benefitting from the financial windfall of reclaimed shares, happened to me in 2016, alongside many others.

To quantify what has been going on, bullying and harassment within RM is ongoing, staff blamed for poor management, disciplinary misuse, manager's lying in order to sack staff.
Fraud by Misrepresentation being one of the possibilities here, in essence stolen goods being sold off to this Czech guy..
