They could try kick starting growth by bringing back jobs that serve the public. By investing in schools, hospitals, housing; built by councils, funded by govt. People working pay into communities and growth comes from the bottom up. Not from big investors who only ever extract. Stupidity!

They need to legalise Maruana to he sold from state run dispensaries. This will take business away from the county lines gangs and allow people who are going to buy it anyway, buy it legally. The money made from this can be used to support services that need the extra investment, like the NHS.
