I have an inkling he's more worried about that math instead of the ballot box one right now.
The democratic deficit right there is massive re thr 'union' + thr UKnotOK...disgraceful.
So let it be.
We could not get a definitive pro EU government in without risking another five years of Tory destruction.
Our “choice” is extremely limited & prohibitive Down to this.
There was only one pro EU party which was the Greens.
If they couldn’t get a majority in a constituency then voting for them would have handed the Tories another seat.
But even if the Tories had won, and I am not so sure of that, LP would know very well now that they have to be pro-EU if they wanna win someday.

Donald J Trump, bringing his enemies together. The only beautiful thing he has achieved during his presidency.
Stronger together.
Consider it a gift
Only the idiot English.
The problem is the volatility, every four years a new president could come in our government would have to get on their knees again.
Say you want your sentiments conveyed to the government In no uncertain terms
Look at the questions on TV shows, or TV shows generally.
News coverage ... everything.
And in any case Fotus will slap tariffs on anything and everything made internationally in order to crush the American poor and feed his billionaire paymasters.
I think that the UK needs a pro EU government and opposition. If the Libdems overtake the tories then it's game on.
I'm both upset and depressed. America were meant to be the good guys.
Was I wrong all along?
Take a listen to some of the confirmation hearings to get a flavour for how 'anti-Semitism' is going to be stamped out.
It's beyond ironic given the past 15 months and decades before.
