If a European peace keeping force is deployed to Ukraine without US involvement it is an invitation to Putin to re-start the war when he is ready and eliminate a large portion of European armies professional soldiers that were there without heavy weapons/air support etc, as they were peace keepers.

Yes sorry. What I meant was. If US provide security independently from NATO, or NATO provide security it amounts to the same thing which is what (in part) was one of the complaints of Russia and reason for invasion. So what have the US agreed with Russia about security that NATO hasn’t.
