This is a fantastic example of what a Labour government can do when it gets it right 👏
*The right to guaranteed hours for zero hours workers.
* Protection from unfair dismissal from day one in the job.
* Sick pay for all workers, from the first day of absence

But don't blame workers for struggling in a system rigged against them. Blame the policymakers who’ve forgotten that capitalism cannot survive without customers. Your business's survival depends on a worker’s ability to live
You are literally complaining about a policy that is set in the Treasury run by people in bed with American Capital.

Employees probably aren't the reason you struggle to grow. You are suffering from US Foreign Policy that controls the Tories, Labour and Reform.
The policy makers are also your failure, they've created a capitalist economy for people. But a socialist economy for corporations and bankers.
Because Neoliberalism will end in the full corporatisation of our economy. Which means sooner or later your factory will be subjected to higher inflationary costs driven by the US Monopoly over our economy.
Might sound like fluff

Worker regulations aren’t a cost—they’re the investment capitalism refuses to make.
When the UK had better employment rights we had higher economic growth.
Or given the right to guaranteed hours ?
IT JUST ISN'T TRUE.
Bosses and landlords don't suddenly give up. They complain, but they carry on bossing and lording, just slightly less profitably.
