Most Americans didn’t vote for him. He & Elon rigged it. Over 300,000 votes vanished, Russia made bomb threats, a MAGA supporter burned ballots, thousands weren’t counted, and some counties got wrong district cards. Most elections take about a week, but this was counted in under 24 hours-unheard of.

In normal countries, even those with complicated PR systems, votes are usually counted (mainly by hand) in 24 hours.

The US system is an outlier in so many ways.

Iran is not a country ruled by laws (despite having laws), it's a country ruled by corrupt, authoritarian theocrats - who themselves do not obey any law. The country I live in is ruled by the law - citizens and authorities alike all have to follow the same rules. It's a crucial difference.
