I do not think it is doom reporting, but being realistic.

It seems that Labour decided to go for the soft target rather than having the balls to go for far clearer beneficial options as taxing the rich and rejoin the SM, something Johnson should never of brought us out from.

Unless we get a better European trade deal things will only get worse. This and the last government have delusions around technology. With a few exceptions we don’t have the VC environment or the scale to support it.
