The legal system in the UK has been two tier for centuries. One law for the rich and one law for the rest of us. The innocent Post Office managers were soon jailed even though there were innocent. Yet Covid and PPE fraudsters are still untouched.

The Sentencing Council wants ethnicity to be a factor in judgements. Whereas: "Ms Mahmood expressed her "displeasure" at the body's recommendations, arguing that "as someone who is from an ethnic minority background myself, I do not stand for any differential treatment before the law"."
