I mean of course Kotoko is the main one responsible for Mappi dying but like Amane I feel bad for her circumstances
She acts like she's high and mighty but her mvs indicate she's suffering a lot (especially deep cover)
I know Kazui suffers too but in the end we react differently to each chara hmm
