Conspiracy is fine but it doesn't get them out the amortisation (indeed, forces a write down sooner which fucks them), and the wages are v much not the major issue comparatively
That would allow them to fire him w/o compensation on the wages, but they still have an asset on the books with his value that becomes 0 if they fire him. Don't think they will have any grounds to sue for close to £60m or whatever is still remaining
