Counting sodium is so much harder than counting carbs. I'm trying to stay under 1500mg a day and nearly everything has salt. I'm like, holy fuck, when I think about how much salt I've had in a single meal.

It is definitely hard to count that. Set a goal for each meal. Like a meal should be 600 and snacks about 300. You can flex a little on it and it does take some time to get a routine down.
Thanks man. I'm still trying to get a routine down. It's just finding what's safe to eat that I like. Pretty much anything heat and eat is off the table, those things are loaded with salt. I'm going to have to do more home cooking, which isn't exactly a bad thing.
Same. I have to do a bit more hot cooking as well. Also counting sodium and the serving size to them. There are food out there unsalted and low salt to find. Just do some digging.
