I am more confident naked. It's a good way to stop negative self talk. I'd actually do better at public speaking, job interviews and social events if I could do them nude.

Picturing everyone else naked is a double-edge sword cuz it can become a bit distracting but picturing one self naked when in that space is almost always empowering (when actually be naked is not an option).

I think you're right. There is a level of confidence surrounding nudism. I think it comes from doing something that is not the norm, but you find the strength to do anyway. (I think I'll still picture people naked anyway 😂)

Ever get the advice to just “picture the audience naked”? I picture myself naked - on a beach, in the woods, at home - anywhere I’m really grounded and comfortable.
