systematically going around breaking shit the government needs to work is a form of civic education for low-engagement voters whose effects will outlast this administration

unfortunately this is not true about literal dogs because they don't understand causal connections that way--all that does is make them scared, less able to form stable bonds, and more likely to be neurotic--which I only point out because the comparison may extend that far
a lot of voters like their ACA insurance but think they hate Obamacare without realizing it is the same thing but is running under a different name in their state
So when it gets axed under this administration I think they see it directly
Same w red state farmers getting ruined by the USAID thing
They're literally complaining that they "elected Trump to end Obamacare, not cut their ACA benefits".
They literally believe Obamacare is a separate program that only helps immigrants and minorities, and they voted to hurt immigrants and minorities, dammit!
I think there are a lot of negative lessons that could come out of this but I honestly don't see how "government bad" will come out of it when this administration is commencing an unprecedented attack on the federal government which is going to end catastrophically
