Artists, specifically comic artists;

If you see this, I need recommendations for actually releasing a comic. Hands don't do well with pencil/pen type stuff. Would perhaps doing it in kind of a Blender based 3D style be acceptable? Mouse and Keyboard is a hell of alot easier on my hands.
